You do not need an account to buy from Gaggler. An account is free to setup and makes the checkout process easier and faster. When you sign up for an account you are able to:

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email and you will not be able to keep track of this information on the Gaggler website.

Your card is charged at the time of purchase when you click on the ‘Checkout’ button during the order process. After payment, we start preparing your order for delivery.

As an e-commerce company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, we are required to charge VAT, which may vary over time. VAT is similar to Sales Tax that you may pay on other e-commerce platforms around the world.

Each product is annotated with the countries to which we ship that product on the product detail page. Generally, Gaggler ships across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and certain other Gulf Cooperating Countries (GCC). We are working on expanding to other countries soon. Standard shipping on all orders less than AED 200 before VAT and shipping is AED 20, within the UAE, and FREE for all orders of AED 200 or more, before VAT and shipping. Click here for our full shipping policy.

Please note that order processing may take up to two business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.  Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on Gaggler and you wish to return an eligible item for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt.  Any item returned more than 7 days after receipt is not eligible for refund. All products must be returned in saleable condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
