Which Countries Do You Ship To?

Generally, Gaggler ships across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and certain other Gulf Cooperating Countries (GCC). We are working on expanding to other countries soon. 

Please note: Not all items can be shipped to all countries. Non-UAE shipping eligibility is indicated on the product detail page. Thank you for your patience as we expand our international presence. 


How Do You Determine Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping on all orders, within the UAE, less than AED 200 before VAT and shipping is AED 20 and FREE for all orders of AED 200 or more before VAT and shipping.

Standard shipping on all orders outside the UAE will be calculated during the checkout process after you have entered your delivery address details.


How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?

Please note that order processing may take up to two business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.  Orders received on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day. 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may take longer if the shipping address is remote or overseas, during public holidays and under other circumstances. 


What Is Your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the Gaggler and you wish to return an eligible item for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt.  Any item returned more than 7 days after receipt is not eligible for refund. 

All products must be returned in saleable condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. 

All returns must be authorized and you must contact to inform us of your intention to return an item.   Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the pickup following receipt of Gaggler’s authorization.

If any returned item was purchased as part of a bundle offer, the returned item will be reimbursed at the item's discounted rate as part of the bundle purchased.

We regret to inform you that Gaggler will not refund the original shipping charges, or bear the cost of returns, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the item(s) and the returned items are in saleable condition, unused, unopened, in their original packaging with all labels attached. 

A refund will be credited for the value on the original receipt, less the return delivery cost, via the original payment method only. 

Please note: Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.


Items Not Eligible For Return 

Before initiating a return, please use the guidelines below to make sure your item is eligible. We do not accept returns on the following products: 

  • Unsealed or used skin care/hair care/cosmetics/fragrances
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Lingerie or intimate items
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Sale items
  • Items bought at Gaggler or third-party pop-up events
  • Items which are specified as ‘Non-Returnable’ in the product description.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not accept exchanges as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. If your original purchase falls within our return policy, we encourage you to purchase the item you need and return the unwanted item for a refund.
