Our Cartilage Bioregulator (Sigumir) increases the tropism of cartilage tissue cells and regulates metabolic processes in them, lowering the risk of numerous joint and spine disorders such as osteoarthrosis, spinal osteochondrosis, and osteoporosis. It has decreased pain and enhanced movement in joints and vertebrae.

Pregnant or lactating women should not use this product. Do not take more than the suggested daily dose. Supplements should never be used in place of a diverse diet. Always follow the advice of your doctor.

  • The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total)
  • Then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules intotal)
  • To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follow the end of the intensive course
  • Maintenance dose: take 2 capsules once a day during meals for 10 days
  • Depending on severity of condition, repeat every 3 months
