  1. Sterilize the cup in boiling water for 5-7 minutes
  2. Fold the cup in a C-fold
  3. Squat or place one leg on an elevated platform
  4. Relax and gently insert the cup in your vaginal opening
  5. Gently poke the bottom of the cup with your finger to ensure that the cup has opened
  6. To remove, pinch the base of the cup and gently pull it out
  7. Empty the cup, wash it with Sirona Menstrual Cup Wash and reinsert again
