• The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total)
• Then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules intotal)
• To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follow the end of the intensive course
• Maintenance dose: take 2 capsules once a day during meals for 10 days
• Depending on severity of condition, repeat every 3 months
